UPDATE: The Oklahoma Turning Point Council’s (OTPC) Call for Nominations for the Neil Hann Award and the Community Health Champion Award closed on June 15th, 2019.
The Community Health Champion Award Program recognizes the service and dedication of those that make their communities better. OTPC encourages nominations of initiatives, projects or events in Oklahoma that contribute to health improvement and quality of life in the community it serves through strategic partnerships and/or coalition efforts.
The Neil Hann Leadership Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to protecting and promoting the health of Oklahomans beyond his or her normal work duties.

2019 awardees will be recognized in several ways, including at a special awards luncheon during the 22nd Annual Turning Point Conference on August 21, 2019 at Moore Norman Technology Center in Oklahoma City, OK.
