- Tobacco Use Prevention Manager – OSDH Center for Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Promotion. This position manages all aspects of the Tobacco Use Prevention branch within the Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, overseeing the successful implementation and reporting of comprehensive tobacco control services for CDC, and providing support and expertise for policy development. - Clean Indoor Air Coordinator – OSDH Center for Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Promotion. This position provides statewide consultation and comprehensive public education, training and technical assistance specifically designed to reduce public exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS). Application Deadline: Open until Filled.
- Healthy Living – School Coordinator – Oklahoma City-County Health Department (OCCHD). This position is part of the TSET Healthy Living Program and will focus on improving overall health and wellness in schools in Oklahoma County through initiatives to reduce tobacco use, increasing physical activity and improving nutrition. Application Deadline: Open until Filled.

These are great opportunities. With communication technology capabilities; it would be beneficial if the programs would consider offices outside the Oklahoma City area.
I agree Carol. Not everyone wants to live in or near OKC.
I agree Carol. I think you would be a great program officer. It would be beneficial if the program officer lived in the area. Then they would be able to visit more often and see all the great things that all the grantees are doing. That is why I asked if the program officer had to be located in OKC. I knew the answer just figured it would be more beneficial if they lived in the area.
