The following maps and supplemental data are compiled by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH), to show county-level data on health risk factors related to tobacco use and obesity (e.g. prevalence of smoking, physical inactivity, food deserts, etc.). For each county receiving TSET Healthy Living Program (HLP) grant funding, detailed data are presented on health status, trends over time, and how the county compares vs. the rest of the state of Oklahoma within the health indicators related to HLP scope of work.
