Fourth Friday in the Park was an all-ages park event that taught community members how small changes can have a BIG impact! The goals of the event were to: 1) Introduce community members to different modes of physical activity appropriate for all ages and abilities; 2) educate community members about implementing local fresh produce in their daily diet and the basics of MyPlate; and 3) provide evidence to community leadership that tobacco-free events on government property are well attended and desired.
