America’s Health Rankings: Oklahoma

United Foundation for Health annually releases the America’s Health Rankings report, which provides state-by-state rankings and reports on health challenges and successes. See the full report for Oklahoma here:

In 2017, Oklahoma moved up three spots to 43rd overall. The best ratings for the state were in the low occurrence of excessive drinking (2nd), pertussis rates (2nd) and the number of mental health providers (5th).
